Obsession Design Return and Replacement Policy
Replacement
Customers have the right to request a product replacement within 3 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition and unused, and all stickers and accessories that came with the product must be in good condition.
Returns
Customers have the right to request a product return within 3 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition and unused, and all stickers and accessories that came with the product must be in good condition.
Administrative Fees
If a customer requests a product return or replacement, a 50 administrative fee will be deducted.
Exceptions
Customers are not entitled to request a replacement or return in the following cases:
Products that have been used or damaged.
Products from which stickers and tags have been removed.
Products that were purchased through offers or discounts.
Products that were purchased from outlets other than Obsession Design stores.
Orders with Manufacturing Defects or Product Measurement Errors
If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if there is an error in the product measurement, the product will be replaced or returned free of charge, without the need to pay any administrative fees.
Refund Process
If a customer requests a product return, the amount will be refunded to the customer after the order arrives at Obsession Design store, is inspected, and is confirmed to be in good condition.
Deductions for Damaged Products
If it is found that the product is not in good condition, an amount will be deducted from the value of the product according to the damage to the product.

الاستبدال
يحق للعميل طلب استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلامه، ويشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، وأن تكون جميع الملصقات والملحقات الموجودة مع المنتج بحالة سليمة.
الإرجاع
يحق للعميل طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلامه، ويشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، وأن تكون جميع الملصقات والملحقات الموجودة مع المنتج بحالة سليمة.
في حال طلب العميل إرجاع المنتج او استبداله، سيتم خصم 50 ريال سعودي كرسوم إدارية.
الاستثناءات
لا يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الإرجاع في الحالات التالية:
الطلبات التي بها خلل مصنعي أو خطا في قياس المنتج
في حال وجود خلل مصنعي في المنتج، أو في حال وجود خطأ في قياس المنتج، فسيتم استبدال المنتج أو إرجاعه مجانًا، دون الحاجة إلى دفع أي رسوم إدارية.
في حالة طلب العميل إرجاع المنتج، فسيتم تحويل المبلغ إلى العميل بعد وصول الطلب إلى متجر اوبسشن ديزاين وفحصه، والتأكد من أنه في حالة جيدة.
في حال اتضح أن المنتج ليس في حالة جيدة، فسيتم خصم مبلغ من قيمة المنتج حسب الضرر الموجود في المنتج.
